Husky pack members are faculty, current Ph.D. students, and alumni from the University of Connecticut Management department who work in the areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. We work on a variety of topics including employee activism, creativity, employee emotions and work attitudes, human capital leadership, social networks, teamwork, and multiteam systems. We employ advanced research methodologies and statistics and conduct laboratory, hybrid, and field investigations. We partner with a variety of applied research and consulting organizations, and our work is sponsored by a number of sources including the Army Research Institute and NASA. Our goals are to simultaneously advance knowledge about behavior in organizations while also helping organizations and their constituents to become more effective and contribute to human welfare.
